Property Management is Recruiting

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join our Property Management team.

Our portfolio of assets under management currently totals approximately 4.5m sq. ft. with a capital value of approximately €1.6Bn.   Our business continues to grow and we are seeking to recruit to meet this demand.

Applicants should have;

• A recognised property degree
• Ideally, 1-3 years property management experience
• A strong and flexible work ethic
• Good attention for detail, report writing and presentation
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Commercial acumen
• Sound interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work on their own initiative and drive while recognising the importance of contributing to the teams output

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of commercial real estate assets and with experienced, knowledgeable colleagues in a department which continues to expand its assets under management.
