Following the successful acquisition of Ballymoss House in Sandyford for its client, a JV between U&I plc and Colony Northstar, HWBC is delighted to have been appointed property management agent. The property totalling 67,000 sq ft has recently secured planning permission for an extensive redevelopment which will deliver the finest new office accommodation available in Sandyford. Works are due to commence shortly. HWBC will continue to manage the asset during development and when leased.
