HWBC advised their client Madison International Realty on their purchase of a minority interest in St. Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre. The New York company has acquired a 35.4% stake in the shopping centre for approx. €60 Million. The centre is located in a prime retail location at the foot of Grafton St and is one of the most exciting retail opportunities in Ireland’s core market especially given the upswing in retail sentiment which is set to grow further in the short term.
