HWBC advise New Ireland's asset managers on the purchase of The Anchorage Building, D. 2

HWBC advised State Street, asset managers to New Ireland Assurance on their purchase of The Anchorage, an office building in Sir John Rogerson’s Quay for €26m.  The high spec Grade A Office building measured 26,600 sq ft and is multi-let to tenants including Bloomberg, D’Amico & Walkers producing €1.25 M pa.  For more on this story see here.
