HWBC Agrees Letting of Park House, Blackpool Retail Park, Cork to Teamwork.com

HWBC along with joint agents DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald have agreed a new lease for three floors of offices at Park House in Blackpool Retail Park, Cork to Teamwork.com on behalf of the Landlord.  The letting comprises 1,480 sq m (15,940 sq ft) of office space on a new 10 year lease at a rent of €161.45 per sq m (€15 per sq ft).  Park House was recently refurbished to include air conditioning, suspended ceilings, raised access floors and fully fitted WCs and tea stations on each level.  For more on this story see here.
