HWBC attracts three new stores to Blackpool Shopping Centre and Retail Park in Cork

Discount store Dealz, entertainment retailer CeX and outdoor equipment chain Trespass have all recently opened stores in Blackpool Shopping Centre and Retail Park.  Dealz 8,500 sq ft store in Blackpool Retail Park has been let on a 10 year lease at a rent of approximately €200,000 per annum.  CeX has opened it’s store of 1,250 sq ft on a 10 year lease at a rent of €50,000 per annum.  Outdoor equipment chain Trespass has taken a 1,110 sq ft unit with a base rent and turnover related top up.  For more on this story please see here.
