In light of the ongoing measures to protect public health and the declaration of the COVID-19 crisis as a pandemic, I wanted to update you with the HWBC position.
Our priority at this time is to reduce the risk to our staff, clients and our business. We have prepared business continuity plans and all staff have the facility to work remotely. Reflecting the current situation we have made the decision to conduct all external meetings virtually rather than in person and many staff are working from home with access to the office if required. This should not impact the level of service you receive from us.
