HWBC Predict Dublin Office Rents to Soar

Dublin office rents look likely to soar to peak figures again with headline rents rising by 22% last year.  Tony Waters, Managing Director of HWBC said ‘Based on our forecast, rents in the prime office market by the end of this year will have almost doubled since post-crash lows”.  For more on this story see:
