Iain Sayer has been promoted to Director, Emma Murphy to Divisional Director and Amanda Hourie to Associate Director. Iain has advised Värde Partners on the Asset Management of their Irish retail holdings for the past three years including the Blackpool and Anchor Collection schemes that have successfully been brought to the market. Iain also managed the €640m acquisition of Liffey Valley Shopping Centre on behalf of BVK and Universal Investment and acted for AEW Europe on their recent maiden acquisition in Ireland.
