HWBC Advises AEW City Retail Fund on first Irish acquisition

HWBC were pleased to advise AEW City Retail Fund on it’s first Irish acquisition. AEW has acquired a 958 m2 prime high street retail asset for c. €20m. Located at 42-43 Henry the property is fully let to the Arcadia Group Ltd, trading as Evans. Nearby retailers include Zara, H&M and M&S.

HWBC Completes Sale on Landmark Clayton Hotels

HWBC is delighted to have advised the vendors on the successful sale of two landmark hotels to the Dalata Hotel Group for a combined price of €62m. The Clayton Hotel on Cardiff Lane, Dublin 2 is a core City Centre-located hotel enjoying full occupancy rates throughout the year while the established Clarion Hotel in Liffey Valley has traded successfully under the stewardship of the Dalata Group for many years.

HWBC’s 2017 6 Nations Armchair Pundit Winner Announced

Congratulations to David Gavin of Finance Ireland - winner of HWBC’s annual Six Nations Armchair Pundit Competition for 2017. Michael White of Canada Life Investments finished second and Adam Pollard of Bluestone came in third place. So that is it! It's all over for another year, but we will be back next year for your opportunity to take part and avail of great prizes and, more importantly, bragging rights.
