We are seeking to recruit an experienced property manager to join our Property Management team. Our portfolio of assets under management currently totals approximately 4.5m sq. ft. with a capital value of approximately €1.6bn. Our business continues to grow and we are seeking to recruit to meet this growth.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of commercial real estate assets and with experienced, knowledgeable colleagues in a department which continues to expand its assets under management.
Job Requirements
Applicants should have;
- A recognised property degree
- Ideally, a minimum of 1-3 years property management experience
- A strong and flexible work ethic
- Good attention for detail, report writing and presentation
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Commercial acumen
- Sound interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work on their own initiative and drive while recognising the importance of contributing to the teams output.
