The US coffee chain Starbucks has recently opened a café in Bloomfields Shopping Centre, Dún Laoghaire. The 259 m2 (2,787 ft2) unit is in a high profile location on the ground floor of the centre.An adjacent 1,044 ft2 unit is currently available to prospective tenants, with a quoting rent of €25,000 p.a.
