We Are Hiring! Property Services Coordinator

HWBC is a leading independent Irish commercial property agency and consultancy.   We are seeking to recruit an experienced Property Services Coordinator to join our Property Management team.

We manage a mixed commercial real estate portfolio located nationwide and concentrated in Dublin.   We act for leading national and international property owners and investors.  Our portfolio of assets under management currently totals approximately 5.0m sq. ft. with a capital value of approximately €2.0Bn.   Our business continues to grow, and we are seeking to recruit to meet this demand.

The role will include;

• Service Provider & Contractor management and contract management,
• Working with our Property Managers on contractor performance and works projects,
• On-boarding newly completed developments and introducing the relevant managed services,
• Liaising with and managing our Health & Safety Consultant on annual risk audits and implementing recommendations,
• Liaising with and managing our Energy Procurement Consultant for our managed portfolio,
• Working with our Environmental & Sustainability Consultant to implement improvement and adherence strategies at managed properties,
• Working with our IT Consultant to deliver secure working environments across our managed portfolio,
• Liaising with building surveyors in the preparation of planned maintenance programmes,
• Managing specific larger capital expenditure projects at managed properties, either through service charge or on behalf of clients,

Applicants should have;

• Ideally 5 years relevant Property Services Coordinator experience or of a similar role such as Facilities Management and preferably in the Commercial Property Management field
• A strong and flexible work ethic
• Sound organisational skills
• Good attention for detail, report writing and presentation
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Commercial acumen
• Ability to communicate effectively and to manage relationships with tenants, contractors, consultants and service providers
