HWBC is a leading independent Irish commercial property agency and consultancy.   We are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Property Management team.

Our portfolio of assets under management currently totals approximately 5M sq. ft. with a capital value of approximately €2Bn.   We have had a busy 2021 and 2022 gaining prominent new instructions on we are on course for further growth in 2023.   We are seeking to recruit to meet this demand.

Applicants should have;

• A recognised property degree
• Ideally 5 years property management experience
• A strong and flexible work ethic
• Good attention for detail, report writing and presentation
• Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Commercial acumen
• Sound interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Proven ability to manage properties autonomously and to liaise with clients effectively.
• Ability to work on their own initiative and drive while recognising the importance of contributing to the teams output.
